The Springs at Lake Oswego is seeking a Full-Time Lead Concierge, which includes a blend of customer service, problem-solving abilities, and multi-tasking skills.
Responsibilities Of Concierges Include
Schedule: Tuesday- Saturday 8am-4:30pm

The Springs at Lake Oswego is seeking a Full-Time Lead Concierge, which includes a blend of customer service, problem-solving abilities, and multi-tasking skills.
Responsibilities Of Concierges Include
- Acting as a first responder to resident emergency calls, including calling 911 on the resident's behalf if needed
- Managing employee schedule for concierge and reception positions, including building the schedule, communicating with team members, and managing shift coverage
- Delivering packages and newspapers
- Administrative tasks such as making and distributing flyers, troubleshooting technology, minor maintenance assistance, minor housekeeping, and managing room reservations
- Assisting business office managers with administrative projects, including processing long-term care coverage
- Answering resident questions
- Monitoring security cameras
- Answering phone calls
- Maintaining clean and organized spaces
- Assisting residents with technical issues with phones, tablets, laptops, tvs, etc.
- Covering reception desk as needed
- Assisting other departments as needed
- Office work (creating, filing, printing, emailing)
- 3 years of Customer Service experience required
- Concierge/ Reception experience preferred
- Ability to use technology including desktop computer, landline phones, cell phone, and various computer programs
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from residents, staff, and visitors
- Ability to prioritize and complete assignments
- Ability to interpret written or verbal instructions
