Full-Time Concierge- The Springs at Lake Oswego

The Springs at Lake Oswego is seeking a Full-Time Concierge which includes a blend of customer service, problem-solving abilities, and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities Of Concierges Include

• Acting as a first responder to resident emergency calls including calling 911 on the resident's behalf if needed
• Delivering packages and newspapers
• Administrative tasks such as making and distributing flyers, troubleshooting technology, minor maintenance assistance, minor housekeeping, and managing room reservations
• Answering resident questions
• Monitoring security cameras
• Answering phone calls
• Maintaining clean and organized spaces
• Assisting residents with technical issues with phones, tablets, laptops, tvs, etc.
• Covering reception desk as needed
• Assisting other departments as needed
• Office work (creating, filing, printing, emailing)
  
  

Qualifications

• 3 years of Customer Service experience required
• Prior Concierge/ Reception experience preferred
• Ability to use technology including desktop computer, landline phones, cell phone, and various computer programs
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from residents, staff, and visitors
• Ability to prioritize and complete assignments
• Ability to interpret written or verbal instructions
