We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Clean resident apartments, common areas, and offices on a scheduled basis
- Perform deep cleaning as needed
- Vacuum, mop, dust, remove trash, and sanitize bathrooms
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts and storage areas
- Use cleaning supplies safely and follow proper chemical handling procedures
- Report equipment issues and safety concerns promptly
- Interact respectfully and professionally with residents, families, and team members
- Build positive relationships with residents by learning their preferences
- Support team members and assist in other areas as needed
- Previous housekeeping or related experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on feet for extended periods
- Comfortable with bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Friendly, dependable, and effective communicator
