What You’ll Be Doing
- Building meaningful relationships with residents and learning how to best support their unique needs
- Engaging courteously and professionally with residents, families, coworkers, and guests
- Cleaning and maintaining resident apartments, common areas, and offices according to set schedules
- Performing deep cleaning tasks as assigned
- Keeping housekeeping carts and supply closets clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Promptly reporting any equipment safety concerns to your supervisor
- Taking on other housekeeping responsibilities as needed
- A team player with a strong work ethic and a passion for helping others
- Someone who takes pride in cleanliness, attention to detail, and customer service
- A positive, proactive individual who enjoys working in a senior living community
- Stable schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm – No weekends!
