The Springs Living is seeking a Fitness Coach for our upscale senior living community located in beautiful Lake Oswego, Oregon.
Do you have a passion for helping older adults develop and maintain a healthy and active lifestyle so they can live life to its fullest? If so, let’s talk!
You will continue to evolve and develop our dynamic, cutting-edge land and water fitness programs with the assistance of the Life Enrichment Director and by incorporating resident feedback and independent research.
You will be responsible for leading exercise, meditation and stress management classes following evidence based, best practice programs, as well as, providing one-on-one personal training to residents with a variety of fitness levels and needs.
Assist residents and staff as they actively work toward better health by providing support, encouragement and education for their individual wellness and fitness goals.

Qualifications
- Current Personal Training certification
- Proven innovative fitness programming knowledge and a passion for working with older adults required
- Aquatic certification preferred
- A pre-hire drug screen and criminal background check are required at time of job offer
