As a Community Relations Director, you will serve as a trusted resource for seniors and families exploring independent living, assisted living, and memory care options. You will lead tours, follow up on inquiries, guide seniors through the move-in process, support community events, and build strong referral relationships with local partners and businesses to drive occupancy and engagement. Job Description – Community Relations Director

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and outreach strategies to achieve occupancy and sales goals
- Create and sustain a culture of positivity, collaboration, and success
- Define and implement community outreach and referral plans
- Track and analyze prospect and customer interaction data
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing insight and feedback
- Partner closely with The Springs Living marketing team on local initiatives
- Sales and management experience in the senior living industry or a related relationship-based sales industry
- Basic knowledge of the medical profession/industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to pass a criminal background and drug test
- Degree in business administration, sales, and/or marketing or related field preferred
- Creative, independent thinker with strong strategic sales abilities
- Genuine, relationship-driven approach aligned with The Springs Living values
- Experience with strategic planning and execution
- Ability to clearly articulate the community’s value to key decision-makers
- Skilled in navigating sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism
- Big-picture mindset for building long-term relationships
- A genuine love for seniors and a willingness to continue learning
