The Splash Lab is a global design-driven manufacturer of premium commercial restroom fixtures. We partner with top architects and designers to transform the built environment — and we’re growing our East Coast team.
We’re looking for a high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to qualify inbound leads, execute outbound outreach, and book meetings that drive major specification and project opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- Qualify ~35 inbound MQLs per week and convert them into meetings with architects, designers, consultants, and GCs.
- Run multi-channel outbound outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, video).
- Re-engage our database of 1500 design specifiers on a structured cadence.
- Support targeted “Whale” outreach for large enterprise accounts.
- Maintain excellent CRM hygiene and report on KPIs.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of SDR/Inside Sales Experience (B2B preferred) A&D / Construction industry experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a creative approach to outreach.
- Organized, metrics-driven, and eager to learn.
- Experience with HubSpot is a plus.
- Interest in architecture/design industries is a bonus.
