🌿 What You’ll Do
- Lead Production Operations – Supervise and participate in blending, packaging, labeling, and gift set creation. Ensure recipes are followed exactly and products are ready on schedule.
- Inventory Management – Receive shipments, conduct counts, manage backstock, and ensure digital records in POS align with physical product.
- Production Planning – Collaborate with management to plan weekly priorities, balance demand with stock levels, and avoid out-of-stocks.
- Train & Support Staff – Guide junior team members and blending support in proper procedures, quality standards, and timelines.
- Quality & Accuracy Assurance – Uphold packaging standards, enforce recipe precision, and model best practices for efficiency.
- Special Projects – Support custom orders including wedding favors, corporate gifts, and subscription packaging.
