What You'll Do
- Welcome every guest with a warm smile and our signature greeting – setting the tone for an exceptional shopping experience.
- Engage with customers to ask the right questions and make personalized product recommendations.
- Become an expert in our unique spice blends and teas to share product knowledge with confidence.
- Support store displays, restocking, and maintaining a beautiful retail environment.
- Cross-train to assist in blending and packaging our small-batch gourmet products.
- A passion for food, flavor, and making others feel welcome.
- Outstanding communication skills – both in conversation and writing.
- Tech-savvy with comfort using point-of-sale systems.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
