ALL ABOUT THE MACHINISTS
The CNC machinist is responsible for set up and machining quality parts in safe manner to produce parts that meet Specialty Manufacturing standards using Nakamura/Swiss-Citizen machines in a timely manner while minimizing the waste of materials and resources. You will work in a clean and safe ISO certified manufacturing facility .

Here’s what you’ll do:
- Set up, program, and operate CNC machining equipment.
- Operate multi-spindle/ multi-axis turning centers
- Set-up and operate precision testing and measuring instruments
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to sit and stand for a continuous period.
- Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment with loud noise.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
We have some amazing on the job training that will help teach you everything you need to know to be a CNC machinist at the company. But there are a few skills you should have from the get-go:
- Understand and apply geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
- Understand applicable measurement methods
- Strong attention to detail
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 5 year of CNC experience required
- Swiss style turning experience a huge plus

Salary and Benefits:
Expected Wage: $25- $35
Specialty Manufacturing is providing the compensation range that the company, in good faith, believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
