Expected Compensation Range: Hourly, non-exempt- $25-$30

Essential Job Functions
- Plan and organize the production schedule.
- Establish floor priorities provide work direction in absence of Manager or Supervisor.
- Provide guidance to Production Planners and Assistant planners as necessary.
- Run daily production meeting.
- Provide backup support of planning activities to area manager.
- Release and print job packets.
- Request components from assembly to cover production requirements in second operations.
- Plan and organize the building of sub assemblies and units.
- Update weekly capacity charts.
- Help to ensure accurate routing standards by comparing run vs actual.
- Work with appropriate areas to resolve cost, quality, delivery, and material issues.
- Assist with labor reporting and weekly time card processing.
- Monitor and analyze inventory.
- Vendor Service purchase orders.
- Assist in setting priorities and suggesting ordering raw stock.
- Any other duties as assigned by management.
Education:
- 4 year college diploma preferred, or equivalent experience.
- APICS Certification desired
- 4 years experience in a planning or supply chain role (preferred in manufacturing)
- Proven organizational and planning skills
- Time management skills
- Ability to work across all functions of manufacturing and office
- Mature interpersonal skills.
