This role is essential in managing administrative tasks related to vehicle sale transactions, ensuring smooth communication and support within the dealership environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical/bookkeeping skills, customer service experience, and proficiency in various office software applications.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:30 pm
Pay: $22.50 per hour (DOE).

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Proficiency in Reynolds or other Automotive DMS applications preferred
- Experience in dealership accounting is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
