In this role, you will assist customers with jewelry selections, provide knowledgeable and attentive service, process sales transactions, maintain an inviting showroom environment, and support the day-to-day operations of the store. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and welcoming manner
- Help customers select jewelry and accessories based on their needs and preferences
- Educate customers on products, materials, warranties, and care instructions
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
- Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays and store
- Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and stock replenishment
- Support store opening and closing procedures
- Stay informed about current products and promotions
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service a plus!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
