Responsibilities:
- Shape the long-term architectural vision for the ServiceNow platform, ensuring the environment remains scalable, well-governed, and aligned with enterprise priorities.
- Lead initiatives that strengthen CMDB maturity, improve data stewardship practices, and enhance the quality and reliability of operational reporting.
- Oversee integration architecture across ServiceNow and connected enterprise systems, including HR applications, asset repositories, and other business platforms.
- Define technical standards and solution design principles that promote consistent development practices and responsible platform governance.
- Advance workflow automation and routing capabilities to streamline service processes and create a more efficient user experience.
- Work closely with engineering and delivery teams to sequence enhancements, reduce technical debt, and improve overall platform health.
- Provide architectural guidance for asset management capabilities, including server lifecycle tracking and broader enterprise asset integration planning.
- Assess emerging platform features such as AI-driven capabilities and automation tools, recommending solutions that improve operational effectiveness.
- Participate in Agile delivery activities by helping refine priorities, reviewing backlog items, and supporting execution across active sprints.
- Offer strategic insight on service operations, operational readiness, and visibility improvements enabled through the platform.
- 5 years of experience in platform architecture, with strong expertise designing and supporting ServiceNow-based solutions.
- Demonstrated success establishing architecture standards, governance models, and roadmap strategies for enterprise ServiceNow environments.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of CMDB architecture, administration, data quality controls, and configuration management best practices.
- Experience designing API-based and enterprise integrations, including scalable connectivity patterns for complex application landscapes.
- Solid understanding of workflow automation, orchestration, and intelligent routing within an ITSM platform environment.
- Proven ability to balance out-of-the-box platform capabilities with thoughtful customization to support maintainability and performance.
- Experience with ServiceNow development, implementation, and application configuration, including documentation and technical oversight.
- Preferred exposure to asset management, AI capabilities such as Now Assist, HR system integrations, or enterprise platform buildouts.
