- Develop client-side scripting and custom components to improve user experience, automation, and system functionality.
- Gather stakeholder input and convert business needs into clear business requirement documents and technical specifications.
- Build and maintain APIs and related integrations to enable reliable data exchange between CRM and connected systems.
- Manage configuration changes across environments while maintaining system stability, version control, and deployment accuracy.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, evaluate enhancement requests, and recommend practical solutions.
- Support Salesforce development activities, including customization, workflow improvements, and feature optimization.
- Document system design decisions, development updates, and configuration standards to promote maintainability and compliance.
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow engineering, administration, or development within enterprise environments.
- Strong capability in client-side scripting for customizing workflows, interfaces, and platform behavior.
- Proven experience creating business requirement documents and translating functional needs into technical deliverables.
- Working knowledge of configuration management practices, including change control and release coordination.
- Experience designing or supporting API development and system integrations.
- Salesforce development experience, including customization and platform enhancement work.
