The Smith Group is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Assistant Express Advisor to join our Service Team!

What You'll Do
- Schedule service appointments and greet customers when they arrive.
- Gather vehicle information and accurately document customer concerns.
- Educate customers on manufacturer-recommended maintenance.
- Perform routine maintenance services, including:
- Oil and filter changes
- Fluid level inspections and top-offs
- Tire pressure checks
- Basic lubrication services
- Work closely with Service Advisors and the Parts Department to keep repairs moving efficiently.
- Help provide every customer with an exceptional service experience.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic automotive knowledge or a strong interest in the automotive industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license.
Pay & Schedule
- Starting pay: $15.00–$17.00 per hour, depending on experience.
- Full-time position (40 hours per week).
- Saturdays are required based on business and scheduling needs.
