- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 5:30pm; rotating Saturdays 8:00am - 4:00pm

What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers professionally, answering incoming calls, and building positive customer relationships.
- Assess customer vehicle needs through consultations and vehicle walk-arounds, identifying concerns and recommending appropriate services.
- Prepare accurate repair orders, service recommendations, and cost estimates while communicating pricing and timelines.
- Obtain customer approval for recommended repairs, inspections, and additional services.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure repair orders are properly dispatched and service work is completed accurately.
- Provide ongoing updates throughout the service process and ensure a smooth vehicle delivery, including payment processing and service review.
