Key Responsibilities
- Create and design marketing and brand assets (social media graphics, ads, flyers, brochures, posters, signage, email banners, etc.).
- Develop and maintain brand consistency across all channels and campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements, timelines, and priorities.
- Produce print-ready and digital-ready files (correct sizes, bleed, resolution, and export settings).
- Update and improve existing designs while maintaining brand standards.
- Prepare design files for campaigns, track revisions, and meet deadlines.
- Maintain organized design assets and templates for efficient production.
- Follow accessibility and readability best practices when designing for digital platforms.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (portfolio required).
- Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools.
- Solid typography, layout, color theory, and visual composition skills.
- Ability to create designs that are both on-brand and conversion-focused.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
- Clear communication skills and responsiveness in a remote work environment.
- Must be located in the United States (USA applicants only).
- Experience designing for healthcare, dental, or medical brands.
- Knowledge of marketing fundamentals (campaign concepts, CTAs, audience targeting).
- Experience with Canva, Figma, or other design/workflow tools.
- Basic understanding of web design concepts (responsive layouts, web assets, image optimization).
- Familiarity with email design requirements (dimensions, export settings, and readability).
- You consistently deliver clean, on-brand creative within deadlines.
- Your designs increase engagement and support marketing goals.
- You make improvements to existing assets that enhance clarity and performance.
- You respond quickly to feedback and iterate effectively.
