Job Description Position Summary Reporting to the Associate Director of Application Development, the Application Developer will design, build, and optimize modern business applications that support Siegfried’s strategic tech nology roadmap. This role works closely with multiple business teams to develop cloud ready, secure, and scalable solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM), Workday, custom .NET applications, and automation platforms. Key Responsibilities Application & Integration Development Design, develop, and maintain applications, integrations, plugins, and workflows across CRM, Workday, and internal systems. Build modern .NET and Python based services, APIs, and microservices using cloud ready architectures. Implement reusable components, integration connectors, and automation workflows using Power Platform, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or similar technologies. Cloud, DevOps & Modern Engineering Contribute to Azure based solution architectures including compute, storage, identity, and application services. Use Git based workflows (GitHub or Azure DevOps), CI/CD pipelines, IaC tools (Bicep/Terraform), and modern deployment strategies. Implement monitoring and observability using tools such as Application Insights and Azure Monitor. Data, Reporting & Analytics Enablement Support dashboarding, reporting, and analytics efforts; partner with stakeholders to improve insights and data accessibility. Build and maintain data integrations for core systems (CRM, Workday) and support modern BI environments. Collaborate with analytics teams to ensure applications are designed with clean, structured, and accessible data. System Support, Quality & Performance Troubleshoot and optimize existing customizations across CRM, Workday, and Siegfried-built applications. Analyze solution performance and recommend improvements in architecture, code quality, scalability, and user experience. Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices. Collaboration, Communication & Leadership Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements. Communicate effectively with all levels of management and contribute to project performance reporting. Demonstrate strong ownership, accountability, follow-through, and adaptability. Have excellent mental agility to fully understand both complex business issues and how the solutions being developed will positively impact those issues. Team player, adaptable, flexible, and able to handle multiple simultaneous projects. High energy and enthusiasm, with a strong commitment to exceeding client expectations. Flexibility and openness to work on a variety of assignments and roles. Ability to learn quickly though training and hands-on experience, make an immediate impact, and provide value-added service to our internal clients. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer engineering (or materially similar degree) MS Excel knowledge 1-3 years of experience in a corporate setting Proficiency in C#, Python, and JavaScript Experience with REST APIs, modern frameworks, and cloud application patterns Foundational understanding of Azure or other cloud platforms Familiarity with DevOps workflows Ability to work 9-10 hours per day (or an average of 45 to 50 hours per week) consistently throughout the year Availability to work nights and weekends if needed Ability to work independently Strong problem solving, analytical, interpersonal, leadership skills Strong values aligned with our Culture (Fairness, Honesty, Trustworthy, Respectful, Flexible, Strong Work Ethic) Strong intangibles aligning with High Performance Model® Superior written and verbal communication skills Effective Time Management skills (self-motivated to manage schedule and projects) Team player with a strong desire to be an active, long-term participant in the overall growth of the Firm Entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to Firm’s vision Ability to work in fast-paced, high-demand, entrepreneurial environment Ability and willingness to work in a Siegfried office as required for an average of four days per week in accordance with Siegfried's then-current policy (This requirement is subject to change at the discretion of management) Desired Qualifications (But Not Required) Experience with Visual Studio, VS Code, SQL Server Management Studio, web services, or modern API frameworks Experience customizing Workday or building Workday reports Knowledge of Power Platform, RPA tools, or cloud automation technologies Familiarity with modern reporting platforms (Power BI, Fabric) Experience with financial, accounting, or professional services systems Experience building or integrating AI assisted workflows (Azure OpenAI, Copilot services) FLSA/At-Will Employment This position is an exempt position under FLSA This position is and will remain at-will in nature Company Overview Siegfried is a unique career choice, and we invest deeply in our people and believe in their potential.
