What are the responsibilities and job description for the Probate & Trust Administration Attorney position at The Siegel Law Group?
The Siegel Law Group is looking for an experienced Probate Attorney to join our growing team in Boca Raton. You will guide families through probate and trust administration, often at one of the hardest times in their lives. You will own a caseload of estates from opening through closing. That includes preparing and filing petitions, working with personal representatives and trustees, resolving creditor and beneficiary issues, and appearing at hearings.
The ideal candidate knows Florida probate procedure well, stays organized across many active files, and brings both precision and compassion to client relationships. This is a full-time, in-office position with real ownership and room to grow. If that describes you, we’d like to hear from you.
