Huth, Pratt & Milhauser is a well-established Florida law firm focused on probate, trust, and estate administration and litigation, seeking an experienced Florida Estate and Probate Attorney to join its growing team.
- Summary: Minimum of 2 years of Litigation experience needed for specialized trust, estate and guardianship law firm in Boca Raton, Florida. The position is for full time in our office in Boca Raton (not remote), and is primarily for trust, estate and guardianship litigation/administration. Florida Bar admission required.
- Job duties include drafting pleadings, attending hearings, taking depositions, attending mediation, participating in arbitration, attending trials, drafting appellate briefs and attending appellate argument. Benefits provided.
- Pay commensurate with experience from $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
