What are the responsibilities and job description for the Doughnut Dealer-Eastern Store position at The Siegel Group?
Our Doughnut Dealers (Front Counter) team members are key to the smooth running of a shift by ensuring great service and accurate cash handling.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Interact with employees, customers, and vendors in a positive, professional demeanor – always being of service to those around you.
· Learn about all of our delicious doughnuts so you can make product recommendations to customers.
· Process cash and credit card transactions accurately.
· Performs additional tasks as requested by Management and as needed to successfully run the store.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
· Must have health card or approved online health certification
· Legally able to work within State and Federal guidelines
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
· Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift.
· Bending, lifting, and carrying up to 25 pounds.
· Constant face-to-face interactions with employees and customers.
· Safely navigate in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
· Ability to multi-task and remain positive in busy working conditions.
WORKING CONDITIONS
· Front Counter team members can expect to have some early mornings, late evenings, weekend and/or holiday hours, and will have additional opening/closing responsibilities.
· Comply with the brand and Company uniform and hygiene policies.
