We are looking for an Associate General Counsel who is ready to jump into front line litigation. This Associate General Counsel position will work with our in-house legal team on legal matters for the Company. This position will primarily handle all landlord–tenant issues and work with our operations team to ensure legal compliance by the Company. This position will also assist in all litigation involving the Company, including tort, contract, and general commercial litigation.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research on state-specific laws, regulations, and employment practices to support cases and provide guidance
- Assist in drafting legal documents, including complaints, motions, settlement agreements, and correspondence related to a variety of matters
- Support senior attorneys in preparing for negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings
- Gather and analyze evidence, interview witnesses, and assist in the discovery process for assigned projects
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and outside counsel to develop case strategies and build strong arguments
- Maintain accurate and organized case files, ensuring all documents are up to date and easily accessible
- Attend meetings, hearings, and other legal proceedings as required, providing support and contributing to overall legal strategy
- Monitor important deadlines and maintain a case calendar
- Work on special projects as needed
- Perform other relevant work-related tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Nevada Bar membership required (California Bar is a plus)
- 2–4 years of firm litigation experience
- Commercial real estate experience preferred
- Flexibility and willingness to work on a wide variety of legal matters
- Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize workload
- Proven record of aggressive goal setting and execution
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong written communication skills; must be able to provide timely email updates
- Must be fluent in English (Spanish language skills are beneficial)
