Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Prior restaurant service experience preferred
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine commitment to providing exceptional guest service
• Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, our menu and beverage offerings

Role Overview
As a Server at The Sicilian Butcher, you play a key role in shaping the guest experience from the moment they are seated to their final farewell. You will work closely with both front- and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless service, accuracy, and consistency throughout every shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with professionalism and warmth
• Accurately take and input food and beverage orders
• Present menu items clearly, make informed recommendations, and highlight specials
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely and polished manner
• Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests or concerns with care and urgency
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas
• Bus, sanitize, and reset tables according to standards
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to support smooth service execution
• Accurately process cash and credit card transactions
• Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and company policies
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

WORKING CONDITIONS: Position requires qualified individuals to see, hear and speak (verbally and audibly). Required to ascend and descend stairs; sit and stand for extended periods of time; lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop and kneel. May be required to work outside in various weather conditions. May be required to work on a computer for extended periods of time, including viewing the screen, using a mouse, manipulating a keyboard with hands, and reaching with arms. May be asked to drive or travel by car, air, or other transportation for business purposes. Must be able to function effectively in a fast-paced working environment. Must be able to report to work responsive, free from sedatives, and in a non-sedative state. Must disclose prescribed and/or over-the-counter pharmaceuticals that may impair or affect the ability to perform the job's essential functions. Natural and regular stressors occur on the job.
