Its consumer-facing brands – Telecharge for retail ticket sales and Broadway Inbound for tour operators and the travel industry – sell millions of tickets each year.Title: Box Office Head TreasurerSalary: $2,421.09 per week, 52 weeks per year.Work Schedule: Work schedule is determined to optimize coverage for the current performance schedules of productions, including weekends, evenings, and holidays when necessary.Essential Functions will include, but not be limited to: Managing ticket inventory and sales for all productions at New World StagesSupervising Box Office staff and overall functionality Managing all revenue and transactionsPreparing and sending daily and weekly reports and reconciliations, adhering to all box office auditing requirements Assisting Theatre Management in resolving patron issuesEnsuring smooth daily operationsWorking closely with productions to program and strategically price showsProviding exceptional customer service to customers purchasing tickets and assisting with general issues at the box office window Qualifications Required: • Box office leadership experience, with proven organizational and management skills• Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)• Superior attention to detail, with strong math and organizational skills• Ability to balance priorities with patience, tact, and diplomacy• Proficiency with Telecharge and the STAR Ticketing System• Local 751 Member in good standing How to apply: Please email resume and cover letter to hr@shubertorg.com.
