Shifts: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights (7-Hour Shift: 8:00 PM – 3:00 AM)
Pay: $12.00 per hour flat rate keep 100% of your physical cash tips! (Note: This position does not participate in the main bar credit card tip pool).

The Role:
We are looking for a reliable, high-energy bartender to maintain a dedicated presence and manage our high-energy Club Side bar on busy weekend nights. This is a limited-menu, fast-paced service environment perfect for someone who loves a high-vibe atmosphere but prefers a steady, guaranteed hourly paycheck over unpredictable tip splits.

What You'll Do:

• Maintain a sharp, energetic, and welcoming presence behind the Club Side bar counter.
• Serve high-volume, quick-serve items (canned beers, seltzers, sodas, and basic standard pours).
• Coordinate with our high-volume Dive Bar team to ensure guests moving between rooms have a seamless experience.
• Keep your station stocked, clean, and organized throughout the 6-hour shift.

Requirements:

• Previous bartending or fast-casual alcohol service experience required.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
• Absolute reliability for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night schedules.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with a smile.
