Job Summary
The Real Estate Office Assistant plays a key role in the daily operations of our real estate office and storage unit business. This position serves as the first point of contact for clients, while also supporting the operational side of the business, including rental and storage unit management, document processing, and financial administration.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting clients with professional etiquette
- Answering phones and making phone calls with professional phone etiquette
- Processing rental and storage payments, along with supporting storage unit operations
- Filing documents and file organization
- Assisting customers with bill paying and payments made by company
- Tracking budgets for ongoing rental and remodel projects
- Coordinating contractors
- Manage daily office operations
- Oversee calendar management for team members, such as assisting with scheduling meetings and appointments with precision
- Handle vendor management by processing invoices and maintaining positive vendor relationships
- Maintain accurate filing systems, record keeping, and bookkeeping tasks
- Assist in office management duties such as supply ordering, space organization, and ensuring a clean and efficient workspace
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and correspondence to keep operations running smoothly
Experience
- Prior experience in administrative, office coordination, or bookkeeping roles is preferred, but not required
- The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and enjoys both customer interaction and behind-the-scenes operations
