- Base Salary: $15 / hour ($31,200 yearly), Year-end total ranges from $65,000 - $100,000 with base commission bonuses

- Client Interaction: Engage with clients, understanding their insurance needs and offering personalized solutions.
- Lead Management: Follow up on leads and convert prospects into clients by showcasing the value of our products.
- Insurance Policy Design: Create customized insurance plans tailored to the specific needs of each client, ensuring they have the most suitable coverage.
- Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to provide additional insurance products and services that meet the comprehensive needs of clients.
- Relationship Development: Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Goals: Consistently meet and aim to exceed sales targets and company expectations
- Licensing: Active Michigan Property Casualty License is a bonus.
- Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is a plus.
- Customer Service: Strong desire to meet and exceed client expectations with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Sales Skills: Ability to effectively promote insurance products, close sales and exceed monthly and annual sales goals
