- Base Salary: $15 / hour ($31,200 yearly), Year-end total ranges from $80,000 - $100,000 with base commission bonuses

Licensing: Active Michigan Property & Casualty License is required.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is a plus.
Customer Service: Strong desire to meet and exceed client expectations with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Sales Skills: Ability to effectively promote insurance products, close sales and exceed monthly and annual sales goals
Problem-Solving: Proficiency in identifying and addressing client insurance needs.
