About the Opportunity

Behavioral Trauma Recovery Center is expanding its trauma-focused provider network for accident and injury survivors.

Approved providers join the BTRC Provider Network and may receive telehealth referrals based on state licensure, client needs, availability, responsiveness, and documentation quality.

Clients may be dealing with anxiety, panic symptoms, fear of driving, sleep problems, trauma symptoms, emotional distress, pain-related stress, or difficulty functioning after an accident or injury.

BTRC handles referral development, administrative coordination, and documentation structure. Providers are not responsible for marketing, insurance billing, or finding their own BTRC clients.

Referral volume and weekly hours are not guaranteed.

What Network Providers May Do

Approved providers may complete:

• Clinical diagnostic evaluations
• 60-minute individual therapy sessions
• Trauma-informed telehealth support
• Treatment planning and progress monitoring
• Timely documentation using BTRC templates
• Communication with BTRC staff regarding scheduling, availability, and documentation

Requirements

Applicants must have:

• Active independent clinical license in at least one state
• Fully licensed status; associate-level clinicians are not eligible
• Eligible licenses may include LCSW, LICSW, LPC, LMHC, LCMHC, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, PsyD, PhD Psychologist, or equivalent independent clinical license
• Experience treating trauma, anxiety, PTSD symptoms, depression, adjustment issues, or stress-related symptoms
• HIPAA-compliant private workspace
• Reliable computer and internet access
• Comfort with telehealth and EHR/software systems
• Strong documentation skills
• Professional liability insurance before accepting cases
• Completion of BTRC provider onboarding before receiving referrals

Providers may only accept clients located in states where they are properly licensed and legally allowed to provide telehealth services.

Compensation

This is a 1099 network provider opportunity paid per completed clinical service.

BTRC pays:

• $165 per completed clinical diagnostic evaluation
• $110 per completed 60-minute therapy session

Payment is issued twice per month by direct deposit after services are completed and documentation is submitted according to BTRC standards.

No minimum caseload, minimum hours, or minimum earnings are guaranteed.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred, but not required:

• EMDR or other trauma-focused training
• Experience with accident or injury survivors
• Spanish-speaking or bilingual ability
• Licensure in multiple states
• Evening or weekend availability
• Experience using PHQ-9, GAD-7, PCL-5, or similar screening tools

Documentation Expectations

BTRC is looking for providers who are professional, responsive, trauma-informed, and strong with documentation.

Because BTRC serves accident and injury survivors, providers must document clearly, stay within clinical scope, and avoid unsupported legal, liability, settlement, causation, disability, or impairment statements.

This network provider role does not include psychological testing, forensic evaluations, IMEs, disability determinations, expert witness work, or legal opinions. Any service outside the standard BTRC clinical workflow would require separate approval.

Independent Provider Notice

This is a 1099 independent network provider opportunity. Providers are responsible for their own taxes, professional liability insurance, licensure, continuing education, equipment, internet access, and compliance with applicable laws and professional board requirements.
