Program Supervisor (Qualified Professional) – Peer Support Services
Location: Charlotte, NC – In-Person & Field-Based
Schedule: 20–25 hrs/wk | Primarily 10:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Mon–Thu (Flex Fridays)
Pay: $22 – $25/hr (base bonuses)

About Us:
At TSG Behavioral Health & Community Services, we deliver community-based mental health services that change lives. Our Peer Support Program is a cornerstone of recovery, designed to empower adults living with mental illness or substance use challenges.
We’re seeking a Program Supervisor (Qualified Professional) to oversee our Peer Support team, ensuring high-quality services, compliance, and meaningful outcomes and case management for our clients.
What You’ll Do:
Team Leadership & Supervision:
- Directly supervise and mentor Certified Peer Support Specialists (CPSS) and paraprofessionals.
- Assign caseloads and provide weekly 1:1 supervision & team meetings
- Review documentation (notes, PCPs, logs) for compliance and approval
Program Oversight & Client Care:
- Monitor service delivery, ensuring timely and effective support
- Create, update and maintain Person-Centered Plans (PCPs)
- Link, monitor, and coordinate client service
- Keep a living resource list to connect clients with housing, employment, and community supports
- Expand and grow program
Compliance & Quality Improvement:
- Ensure program adherence to NC Medicaid (8G) requirements
- Partner with Clinical Director & Compliance Team to stay audit-ready
- Collect and analyze outcome data to improve program performance
What We’re Looking For:
- Must meet NC QP Standards:
- Master’s in Human Services 1 year MH/DD/SAS experience
- OR Bachelor’s in Human Services 2 years
- OR Bachelor’s in other field 4 years
- OR NC Licensed/Provisionally Licensed (LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT, LCAS)
- Experience supervising peer support or case management teams
- Knowledge of recovery models, Medicaid documentation, and PCPs
- Strong communicator, organized, and reliable leader
