TSG Behavioral Health & Community Services is seeking a clinician to lead our Elizabethtown-based Community Support Team and help adults access effective care in their communities.

LCSWA and LCMHCA clinicians are encouraged to apply. If you have relevant clinical experience and are ready to develop your leadership skills, we welcome your application. Previous management experience is helpful but not required.

You will provide clinical care, guide team members, and work alongside agency leadership to strengthen local services.

Flexibility With Team Support

• Organize your schedule around client needs, team responsibilities, and required meetings.
• Complete documentation remotely as permitted by agency procedures.
• Attend required in-person meetings at our Elizabethtown office, scheduled in advance.
• Receive support from intake, billing, compliance, administrative staff, and agency leadership.
• Build experience in clinical leadership, staff development, and community-based care.

Clinical supervision toward independent licensure may be available for qualifying associate-licensed clinicians.

What You Will Do

Lead and support the team

• Provide day-to-day clinical guidance to CST staff.
• Facilitate team meetings, case reviews, and coordinated service planning.
• Help organize assignments around client needs and geography.
• Support staff onboarding, development, and problem-solving.
• Work with leadership to address staffing needs and service barriers.

Provide quality clinical care

• Deliver direct clinical interventions to individuals served by the team.
• Complete and coordinate assessments and person-centered treatment plans within your scope of practice.
• Monitor progress, engagement, and changing clinical needs.
• Support crisis prevention, response, and transitions in care.
• Review documentation and help staff maintain accurate, timely records.

Help strengthen services in the community

• Build working relationships with hospitals, care managers, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
• Participate in selected partner meetings to explain CST services and referral pathways.
• Coordinate with intake staff to help appropriate referrals connect with care.
• Advise leadership on community needs and opportunities to improve access.
• Support expansion as staffing and clinical capacity allow, with agency leadership coordinating the broader growth effort.

Where You Will Work

Our office and team meeting base is Elizabethtown, in Bladen County.

Our regional service-development area includes Cumberland, Robeson, Columbus, Sampson, and Pender Counties. Individual assignments are coordinated with leadership based on client needs, geography, staffing, and team capacity.

The role includes visits to clients’ homes and other community settings. Approved work-related mileage is reimbursed. Crisis-response responsibilities follow agency coverage procedures.

Required Qualifications

• An active qualifying North Carolina license: LCSWA, LCSW, LCMHCA, LCMHC, LMFT, Licensed Psychological Associate, or Licensed Psychologist.
• At least one year of relevant experience, with the knowledge and skills needed to serve the adult CST population.
• Strong clinical judgment, organization, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to guide staff, collaborate with community partners, and provide community-based services.
• Ability to meet applicable CST training, credentialing, and professional supervision requirements.

Associate-licensed team leads must actively pursue full licensure and obtain it within 30 calendar months of hire, consistent with CST requirements.

Experience with CST, serious mental illness, co-occurring disorders, crisis intervention, or community-based services is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

• $45,000–$50,000 annual salary, based on licensure, experience, and qualifications.
• $1,000 retention bonus: $250 after 60 days, $250 after six months, and $500 after one year.
