The Shave Cave is one of downtown St. Petersburg's premier barbershops, known for delivering exceptional services in a relaxed, upscale atmosphere. We are looking for an experienced barber who is ready to take the next step in their career by combining elite barbering skills with leadership responsibilities.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to build a loyal clientele while helping lead one of the area's most established barbershops.
As our Barber Manager, you'll spend your day behind the chair providing exceptional haircuts, beard services, and straight razor shaves while also helping oversee the daily operations of the shop. You'll work closely with ownership to maintain our high standards, support and mentor the team, and help create an outstanding experience for every guest.
Management experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right barber who demonstrates leadership, professionalism, and a passion for growing with our company.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional haircuts, beard trims, and straight razor shaves
- Build and maintain a loyal clientele
- Lead by example through professionalism and customer service
- Help oversee daily shop operations
- Coach and mentor fellow barbers
- Assist with scheduling, workflow, and team communication
