Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Oversee daily pub operations to ensure great food, perfect pints, and excellent hospitality
Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff
Maintain high service standards and ensure guest satisfaction
Manage opening & closing procedures
Handle ordering, inventory, and cost controls
Support financial performance and help drive sales
Participate in short- and long-term business planning
Lead by example and foster a positive, energetic work environment
Qualifications
Prior restaurant management experience required
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy pub setting
Knowledge of craft and imported beers is a major plus
Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a passion for hospitality
