Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and safety.
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately.
• Take customer orders with enthusiasm, upsell menu items, and handle cash register operations efficiently.
• Manage food service customer orders from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with sanitation standards.
• Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and supporting overall restaurant cleanliness.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to food safety management practices.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Support retail sales transactions when needed, including cash handling and basic math calculations.
• Uphold food safety standards through proper sanitation, storage, and handling procedures.

Experience

• Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn!
• Familiarity with food preparation, cashiering, or retail sales transactions is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately.
• Experience operating POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous but training will be provided.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation procedures is beneficial.

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
