Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Budtender / Management Trainee with prior cannabis dispensary experience who is ready to grow into a leadership role. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for individuals who understand dispensary operations, compliance, and how to deliver a high-level customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Previous cannabis dispensary experience required
- Strong knowledge of cannabis products, brands, and effects
- Familiarity with California cannabis regulations (DCC compliance)
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and product recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with inventory flow, restocking, and product organization
- Support daily store operations and team workflow
- Assist leadership with floor coverage and operational needs
