General Labor/Screen Room Associate

The Screen Print Dept is a premier custom Screen Print and Embroidery company in Grand Rapids, producing nearly 2 million prints a year. We are currently looking to fill positions in our screen print production.

Interested candidates should have strong work ethics, the ability to work in a close team environment, the ability to stand for 8 hours, an eye for detail and strong communication skills. Industry experience is preferred but not required.

Screen Room Technician Duties will include:

-Washing and scrubbing screens

-Operation of a power washer

-Taping, stripping, and coating screens

General Labor Duties may include, but are not limited to:

-Working at the end of a dryer, catching garments as they come down

-Packaging completed orders and preparing orders for printing

-Quality control

-Counting garments and preparing orders for printing

-Checking in packages in receiving & shipping orders out

-Other general labor duties such as cleaning & organizing

Ergonomic, Physical, & Environmental Description:

-Able to lift up to 50 lbs

-Able to twist and bend with ease

-Able to stand 90% of entire working shift

-At times will use chemicals
