About the Position
We are seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our production team as Piece Rate Production Associates. This position rewards employees for productivity and quality by paying based on the number of acceptable parts produced rather than an hourly production rate. High-performing employees have the opportunity to earn significantly more than traditional hourly positions.

Compensation
- Competitive piece-rate pay structure
- Training Wage start at $17 an hour

Responsibilities
- Polish and buff manufactured products
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards
- Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures
- Perform quality inspections on completed parts
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Report equipment issues or quality concerns immediately
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Work effectively as part of a production team
Qualifications
- Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic math and counting skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Pay: $17.00 - $30.00 per hour
