Responsibilities
- Assist with the assembly, packaging, and movement of materials within the production area
- Operate basic machinery and tools following safety protocols and standard operating procedures
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and work areas to identify potential hazards or maintenance needs
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly at all times to ensure safety standards are met
- Lift, carry, and move heavy materials or products safely, adhering to proper lifting techniques
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces to promote a safe working environment
- Follow all safety standards in production, including GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), to ensure quality and compliance
Qualifications
- Basic mechanical knowledge or familiarity with manufacturing processes is preferred but not required
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
- Strong commitment to safety standards in production environments
- Willingness to learn and adhere to GMP guidelines and PPE use policies
- Prior experience in manufacturing or general labor roles is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive team player willing to take initiative
