These steps are required to be considered for this position.

Office Manager (Bilingual English/Spanish Required)
Santa Clarita Spine, Disc & Nerve Center | Full-Time
Are you the type of leader who sees problems before everyone else—and solves them?
Santa Clarita Spine, Disc & Nerve Center is searching for an exceptional Office Manager who is fluent in both English and Spanish and passionate about leading people, creating systems, and making a meaningful impact every day.
This isn't a position for someone who simply keeps the office running. We're looking for someone who naturally takes ownership, leads by example, creates structure, and inspires those around them to succeed.
If you thrive on organization, accountability, and helping both patients and team members become their best, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a high-performing team.
- Communicate confidently with both English- and Spanish-speaking patients.
- Oversee the daily operations of the clinic.
- Create and improve systems that increase efficiency and consistency.
- Identify potential problems early and resolve them before they impact the team or patients.
- Conduct morning huddles and team meetings.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members.
- Hold staff accountable while maintaining a positive, supportive culture.
- Monitor clinic performance and key metrics.
- Work closely with leadership to help the practice continue to grow.
Who We're Looking For
Our ideal candidate is someone who:
- Is fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
- Loves leading people and making a positive impact on those around them.
- Enjoys creating systems, organization, and structure.
- Takes initiative and solves problems before they become bigger issues.
- Is comfortable addressing conflict directly, professionally, and respectfully.
- Is highly organized and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Is adaptable and embraces change with a positive attitude.
- Is coachable and committed to continual personal and professional growth.
- Holds themselves and others to a high standard.
- Wants to build a long-term career and become an integral part of our team and our mission.
This Position Is NOT For You If...
- You avoid difficult conversations.
- You wait for someone else to solve problems instead of taking initiative.
- You dislike structure, accountability, or organization.
- You resist coaching or constructive feedback.
- You struggle to adapt when priorities, processes, or circumstances change.
- You do not thrive in a fast-paced environment where every day brings new opportunities and challenges.
- You're looking for a temporary position rather than a place to build a long-term career.
- You prefer to simply "manage tasks" instead of inspiring and leading people.
