Office Manager (Bilingual English/Spanish Required)

Santa Clarita Spine, Disc & Nerve Center is searching for an exceptional Office Manager who is fluent in both English and Spanish and passionate about leading people, creating systems, and making a meaningful impact every day.

This isn't a position for someone who simply keeps the office running. We're looking for someone who naturally takes ownership, leads by example, creates structure, and inspires those around them to succeed.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a high-performing team.
• Communicate confidently with both English- and Spanish-speaking patients.
• Oversee the daily operations of the clinic.
• Create and improve systems that increase efficiency and consistency.
• Identify potential problems early and resolve them before they impact the team or patients.
• Conduct morning huddles and team meetings.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members.
• Hold staff accountable while maintaining a positive, supportive culture.
• Monitor clinic performance and key metrics.
• Work closely with leadership to help the practice continue to grow.
