What are the responsibilities and job description for the Membership Director Corporate position at Sydenham Clinic?
There's a family office for your wealth. We're the family office for your health.
Sydenham Clinic has spent the last several years building a medical practice the way the best family offices build trust through deep, continuous physician-patient relationships, not transactional care. Now we're ready for the next chapter: true partnerships with family offices themselves, bringing that same standard of care to the principals and people you already serve. We're looking for the person who can lead that growth. Two seats open: Beverly Hills, CA and The Woodlands, TX.
Who we are
Sydenham Clinic isn't a doctor's office. It's a discreet medical practice built for people who've outgrown what insurance-based medicine can offer evidence-based, cutting-edge care, personalized down to the biology. What makes us different isn't exclusivity for its own sake. It's the physician-patient relationship itself. Every member gets a level of continuity and attention that institutional medicine simply can't replicate, with concierge membership that's inclusive of all testing built around early detection and prevention, not waiting for something to go wrong. That relationship is what we want to bring to the family offices we partner with- not a vendor relationship, a real one.
The opportunity
You won't be managing a book of warm inbound interest. You'll be building one from a cold list of family offices, RIAs, private equity principals, and corporate executives, to a true partnership. This is a quota-carrying, new-business seat for someone who's genuinely energized by the pursuit: the cold outreach that lands, the relationship that turns into a referral network, the closed-door meeting that opens because you knew exactly how to ask.
You'll set the strategy, build the pipeline, run the room when you're in front of a principal or a C-suite, and bring the partnership home — then hand off to our clinical and membership teams to make the onboarding feel as effortless as everything else we do.
What gets you in the room
- You've carried a number before and beaten it in a high-end, consultative sale, not a transactional one
- You know how to get a meeting with someone who doesn't take meetings, ideally because you've already built relationships with family offices, RIAs, or private banks
- You build pipeline from nothing — cold outreach, referral networks, the slow burn of relationship-building that pays off in year two, not week two
- You're as comfortable presenting to a principal as you are to their gatekeeper, and you can make a complicated, highly personalized medical model sound simple
- You can forecast and report on your own number without someone asking twice
- You've worked in luxury, healthcare, or membership-based environments before -concierge medicine or private wealth is a strong plus
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in results
If this sounds like you, send a DM or pass it to someone who'd be perfect for it.
