The Sanders Law Firm is looking for a receptionist to join our team in our Grand Central office.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, interpersonal and customer service skills, verbal and written communication skills, excellent time management skills with a proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines, Understanding of legal language and principles, and other related matters.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and route phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Respond to voicemail and email inquiries promptly and courteously
- Scan, fax, and file documents
- Communicate with clients regarding case-related matters
- Coordinate with legal assistants and attorneys to ensure client needs are met
- Maintain a professional and organized reception area
- Provides outstanding customer service
- Perform other related tasks at the direction of the administrative team
