Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival, providing prompt assistance with luggage and transportation needs
- Assist guests with hotel check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring smooth client communication
- Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options
- Operate hotel reservation systems such as OPERA and property management systems (PMS) to manage guest requests efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest safety at all times
- Coordinate with front desk staff to facilitate guest services, including special requests and room changes
- Handle phone communication professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service problem-solving skills
- Support guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues effectively, enhancing overall guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
- Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA and property management systems (PMS)
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem-solving
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, night audit processes, and guest services protocols
- Excellent phone communication skills with professional phone etiquette
- Previous hotel experience, particularly in resort environments or with hotel management responsibilities, is preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to support 24/7 guest needs
