Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Student and College Minister/Director, based in Richmond, TX, with opportunities to work remotely as needed. The individual in this role will be responsible for leading and overseeing ministry programs for students and college-aged individuals. Responsibilities include developing dynamic, spiritually enriching curricula, fostering a passion for missions, providing pastoral care, coordinating events, and insuring discipleship for Middle, High and College Students.
Qualifications
- Experience in vocational ministry and successfully leading ministry endeavors
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Curriculum Development and teaching methodologies
- Ability to nurture relationships and engage with students and young adults effectively
- Proven ability to inspire and lead individuals in a ministry setting
- Bachelor’s degree in Theology, Ministry, etc, or a related field is required
