Snow Removal Subcontractors – Shovelers & Plow Truck Owners
The Samara Company is hiring Snow Subs for the 2026–2027 winter season!
We are looking for dependable subcontractors to assist with commercial snow removal throughout the winter.
Positions Available
Snow Shovelers
- Shovel and clear sidewalks, entrances, walkways, and other assigned areas
- Snow removal equipment provided as needed
- Must be dependable and available when snowstorms occur
- Work is weather-dependent and may include early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Plow Truck Owners
- Must provide your own reliable truck and snow plow
- Assigned commercial property/property route for snow events
- Responsible for plowing designated areas according to site requirements
- Must be available and ready to respond during snowstorms
How Snow Subbing Works
Snow Subs work under The Samara Company and are assigned a specific property or route to service during snowstorms. This is seasonal, on-call work—when the snow comes, we need our subs ready to go.
This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to earn additional income during the winter, including landscapers, contractors, students, or individuals who already own snow removal equipment.
