Responsibilities
- Implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis
- Host two open houses each month
- Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
- Engage in weekly script rehearsals following team guidelines
- Take part in team events and initiatives as outlined by team standards
- Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
- Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in home selection
- Prepare and negotiate purchase offers on behalf of clients
- Monitor and document activities and client interactions using PLACE Technology
- Self-driven sales expert with a competitive edge
- Skilled at establishing rapport, understanding client needs, and providing effective solutions
- Proficient in prospecting and generating leads
- Naturally adept at handling objections
- Clear and confident communicator dedicated to exceptional service

- Licensed real estate agent
