The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Senior Sales Associate to assist in creating and sustaining a pleasant work environment and excellent customer relationships.
Duties
For more than 100 years, The Salvation Army has operated rehabilitation facilities across the country that provide help and hope to individuals with a variety of problems, including issues relating to substance abuse. Our charitable residential programs offer spiritual, emotional, and social assistance in an environment designed to help participants live healthy, fulfilling lives.

The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Senior Sales Associate to assist in creating and sustaining a pleasant work environment and excellent customer relationships.
Duties
- The Senior Sales Associate will assist the management team in meeting sales, production, and expense budget goals to maintain a profitable operation
- Schedule store personnel
- Complete of payroll information for all staff
- Receive applications and participating in interviews as requested
- Train, direct, and supervise of new employees.
- The Senior Sales Associate will ensure that store personnel are aware of and in compliance with all policies, procedures, and government regulations, that sales reports and other required paperwork are completed and forwarded to the finance office daily, and that the store is well stocked.
- The Senior Sales Associate will be backup for the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager as needed.
- The position will support the work therapy program component of The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Centers by providing to beneficiaries; an example of professional conduct, work habits, and supervision (as directed by Supervisor).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in sales.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with acceptable DMV record.
- Ability to read and interpret simple income and expense reports.
- Good communication and supervisory skills.
