Assistant Clinical Director – LPC / BCBA
Locations: Meadville, Sharon, & New Castle, PA
Job Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a full-time Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), LSW, or LCSW to provide leadership and oversight of clinical services across our Meadville, Sharon, and New Castle locations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all clinical services, including psychiatric clinic operations and IBHS programming
- Ensure compliance with state regulations, ethical standards, and best clinical practices
- Provide clinical supervision and support to multidisciplinary treatment teams
- Collaborate with leadership to maintain quality assurance and program development
- Support clinical documentation standards and outcome-based care
Qualifications
- Active LPC or LPC-equivalent license (LCSW or psychologist)
- Experience with IBHS services strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, supervision, and organizational skills
- Ability to travel between assigned locations as needed
