FUNCTION Provides coordination of all front desk activities. Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. Provides assistance to the Emergency Assistance Provider

- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Hands on experience with office machines and equipment
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including publisher
- Knowledge of social media and website publishing
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Punctual
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
- Able to multi-task
- Professional appearance
- Able to work collectively with the administrative team associates.
