The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center (ARC) is seeking a compassionate, organized, and mission-driven Intake Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking recovery and rehabilitation services.

In this role, you'll play a vital part in helping individuals begin their recovery journey by coordinating admissions, conducting eligibility assessments, maintaining records, connecting applicants with resources, and building strong relationships with community partners.

✔ Conduct intake assessments and admissions

✔ Support applicants through the admission process

✔ Maintain confidential electronic records and documentation

✔ Coordinate with courts, probation officers, and community agencies

✔ Assist beneficiaries with healthcare, insurance, and resource navigation

✔ Build and strengthen community partnerships

✔ Conduct outreach activities to increase awareness of ARC services

✔ Track admissions data and support program reporting

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Computer proficiency and accurate data entry skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• A heart for service and helping others succeed
• Valid driver's license
