Intake Coordinator

Be the friendly first step in helping seniors receive the care at home they deserve. In this role, you’ll guide new clients and families through intake, start-of-care paperwork, scheduling details, and the little-but-important pieces that help care begin smoothly.

You’ll talk with families, organize documents, coordinate with caregivers and clinical leadership, and help make sure every new client feels welcomed, heard, and cared for from the very first call.

Great fit for someone who is organized, warm on the phone, detail-friendly, and enjoys turning paperwork into peace of mind.

Pay: $24.36 - $29.33 per hour
